Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum

We are recruiting for a Senior Landscape Architect on behalf of an innovative and solution providing landscaping design team who work on projects across the UK and across a number of sectors offering a bespoke landscaping design service for both new and regeneration projects across a number of sectors (Residential, Commercial, Parks & Open Spaces, Universities etc.,)
As the Senior Landscape Architect, you will be designing a wide variety of projects including open space regeneration and development, housing developments, university grounds, private gardens, roof gardens and show areas etc.,
As the Senior Landscape Architect, you will be:
* Preparing landscaping schemes and the supporting planning information including management plans and tree protection drawings.
* Quantifying landscaping schemes for estimation.
* Working closely with the Landscape Design Manager to further develop the design team, their output, the customer base, and the areas in which they work.
* Promoting the company and services to existing and potential new clients.
* Liaising with colleagues and external clients.
* Attending site visits and taking part in client meetings.
* Preparing sketches, conceptual plans, and a range of graphical imagery.
* Preparing planning application material for the outline and detailed schemes.
We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect who can demonstrate:
* Good technical and analytical skills for Landscape Visual Impact Assessments, Master Planning, Design and Access Statements, Design Briefs, and other outline planning information.
* The ability to prepare landscape schemes for a wide range of sectors (residential, commercial, urban design etc., as well as the supporting planning information (including landscape management plans and tree protection drawings.)
* Experience of preparing sketches, conceptual plans, and graphical imagery, who has a sound knowledge of plants and is happy to attend site visits and client meetings as part of their role.
* Experience or related design software i.e., KeySCAPE / LandCADD (AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Sketchup.
To be considered you will need:
* To be a Chartered Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years work-based experience.
* Experience in LVIA assessments and outline planning documentation.
* A Driving Licence and be happy to travel as part of your job (to other company offices, to meet customers, for site visits etc.,)
