Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant.

With ambitious plans for further growth, they have multiple operations in the South East and revenues in the £10m banding.
The role:- Provides vital support to the Financial Controller in the preparation and administration of timely and accurate management accounts data., whilst also seeking to improve internal financial processes and efficiency. Accurately account for business outlets, managing tight cash controls and accurate reconciliations. Responsibility for revenue accounting, Investigating and Resolving variances, monthly reviews of debtors/creditor's reconciliations and management of aged debtors. Posting and reconciling direct debit and credit card receipts, bank accounts and company credit cards management ,payroll, VAT ,reconciling supplier statements, fixed assets, control accounts and assistance with balance sheet reconciliations.
The person:- We are looking for a dynamic experienced AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified Management Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.
Strong customer-service skills, a good communicator/influencer, well presented confident and out going. Comfortable challenging how things are done, a well organized individual who prioritises and manages their time well. High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail, good Excel and Zero skills useful as is experience working in small entrepreneurial businesses preferably from a retail, FMCG, multisite environment
