Over the last 18 months Crooton have expanded rapidly and are now looking for an experienced Ad Ops Executive to help them continue this rapid expansion.

This is an Ad Ops focused role, responsible for the set up and management of campaigns from conception to delivery. Working alongside the Sales and Management Teams you will be responsible for the day to day building of campaigns within our proprietary ad management system. 

A major component of this role will be centered around communication and project management. External communication is required with key clients in order to ensure there is a clear understanding of the client brief and that in turn we deliver fantastic results on every campaign. You should therefore be a confident communicator.

As part of the role you will be expected to build great looking ads within our ad creation tool, so some creative flare is required. Some Management experience would also be advantageous as we plan to expand the team significantly over the forthcoming months.

Day to day:

• Working closely with strategy and account teams during project set up to consult on technical aspects of the campaign

• Building out creative variants within our internal CMS

• Monitoring daily activity and troubleshooting where necessary

• Working internally with developers to ensure quality assurance standards are met

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure exact implementation of client approved strategic initiatives and KPIs

You will need:

• Experience working with Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas etc.)

• Strong attention to detail

• Methodological approach to work and excellent problem solver

• Highly organised & great communication skills

• Enjoys working with large data sets and troubleshooting when required

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to accurately set, manage and meet deadlines

• Digital experience within an operations team (trafficking/campaign management)

• Experience of set up within ad servers

• Advanced excel and data analysis skills
