Live Event Client:
My client is an award winning event production company, they utilise the very latest technology to create everything from conferences, product/brand showcases, theatre productions and bespoke party events.
My client creates fully immersive events that look and sound amazing providing a full service and including creative design, equipment hire or purchase, venue booking and full on the day production services and everything is scaled to meet and exceed their customer needs.
Event Industry Project Manager Role:
The role in involves taking a brief from a client, creating a proposal, converting to order, project managing all the way to post event. This may take the form of a basic quotation through to a full proposal including design and creative concept, 3d visualisations, event narrative, delivery timeline and client investment.
This role is a mix of work from home, onsite work and from my client’s office in Uxbridge, London and will involve working with their teams across the UK.
This position is within the event industry so no day is ever the same and the hours are non standard and can include working away from home, working bank holidays and weekends!
Requirements for the Event Project Manager:
Significant experience of technical event production
Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
5 years corporate event experience
Package available for the right PM:
In return my client are offering an excellent salary of £50,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience, a salary sacrifice pension scheme, life insurance, 32 days holiday(incl 8 bank holidays).
