Accounts Administrator – Part-time – Permanent – NG15 – £21000 pro rata
3 days in the office – 2 days at home – 10am – 2pm
My client is now growing rapidly, and they need a new member of staff to work alongside their busy accountant. They need someone to help due to workload and if you want you can learn more.

Accounts Experience – some purchase ledger and billing/invoicing
Ideally been an Accounts Administrator
Confident with Excel
Confident/Good phone manner
Ability to work on their own/use their own initiative.
Can work well under pressure.

What you will do daily, weekly and monthly
You will deal with the Accounts inbox & invoices inbox
Adding purchase invoices to Xero
Managing fortnightly payment runs
Raising sales invoices on WFM/XERO
Processing staff expenses
Dealing with invoice queries
What they will be doing on Excel
Checking PO’s, the values
Updating projections
Ad hoc calculations
Benefits
Normal hours – 9 – 5.30pm – this part-time role 10am – 2pm
Holidays – 25 days plus stats
Team days – also part of a benefits scheme that all staff members get
