Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is recruiting for an International Accessories business seeking for a highly customer focused Store Manager in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
This retailer has grown their store portfolio over the last number of years through Ireland and the UK which in hand offers excellent career progression.
This a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Retail Store Manager for their Store in Dublin city Centre. Really well established and stable team, with opportunities of growth on sales and brand awareness.
As a Store Manager you will focus on people, service, operations and product management. You will take the Lead in sales, driving pace and be keen to deliver results.
The ideal candidate:

* Previous experience in a fast paced environment
* Sales generation, driving kpi's, budget and p&l management.
* Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained.
* Training and people development.
* One to one coaching and succession planning.
Currently working in a fashion or accessories business at Assistant Manager, Concession Manager or Store Manager level. You will be managing a team size of up to 7 and sales turnover of around 500k plus.
