Conrad Consulting have partnered with a Leeds based design-led SME boutique RIBA Chartered Architects Practice who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist that can oversea the technical delivery side of projects.

Having recently re-located to a new studio space in a converted mill to the west of the city of Leeds which offers free parking and terrific transport links a superb experience awaits for an Architectural Technologist to work and develop within a committed focussed team within a creative grown up environment.

Our client have extensive experience working on an array of varied and interesting projects for both commercial and private clients specifically focussed on one off houses, residential developments, mixed use developments, leisure and master planning concepts. They have a particular expertise in the Residential sectors where their reach extends to bespoke high end self builds, sensitive restorations often involving listed buildings of heritage importance and restorations which incorporate contemporary extensions.

They are now looking for an Architectural Technologist that can oversea the technical side of projects within the office but is also experienced and confident to run large conversions of listed buildings so some Heritage experience would be very beneficial alongside solid construction knowledge which covers primarily the residential sectors but also heritage and residential / commercial new build. The Architectural Technologist will need to have knowledge of real-life projects as they will need to hit the ground running. Whilst our client have some interesting larger jobs the Architectural Technologist will also be involved in smaller private domestic schemes which whilst smaller in value sometimes offer better opportunities from a job running perspective.

Architectural Technologists must be conversant in AutoCAD & REVIT and Abode packages, they must aspire to the following –

* Have experience in running projects and some site-based job running experience.

* Be ambitious to develop and advance professionally.

* Be creative and have design flair acumen.

* Have a passion and enthusiasm for the Architecture and industry.
