An award-winning manufacturer in Redditch who due to continued growth have an exciting new position within their marketing team as a Graphic Designer producing innovative and creative work across a broad range of channels. If you are an experienced Graphic Designer who can bring new ideas and concepts to a team then this is the role for you. The client is a privately owned company with a multimillion pound turnover who have a long and successful trading history; this is an exciting time to join as they have some big expansion plans for the next few years so future career progression will be available to the right candidate with the right attitude
The Graphic Designer will:-

Be responsible for taking a brief and presenting outstanding concepts for consideration.
Take the lead and set a high standard when it comes to project execution
Take the lead in designing digital assets across the marketing spectrum including Googe ads, social media, website graphics and more….
Have the autonomy to take projects from start to finish
Proactivity look at new approaches to marketing collateral (design and method) and present ideas.
Create company presentations/training manuals that are professional, engaging and persuasive. 
The successful Graphic Designer will have a natural flair of creativity and the following skills and experience:-

Degree in a design related subject
Previous design experience as part of a design team
Extensive knowledge and proven ability within the Adobe Creative Suite which includes Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
building relationships and motivate others
of researching market trends and competitors marketing activity
working to project deadlines, so proven time management experience
ability to communicate artwork / print/ photography limitations to non-designers co-workers.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of circa £25,000 per annum depending on your experience plus pensions scheme 20 days holiday (rising to 25) plus bank holidays, Training, Superb career opportunities within the company.
