Interior Design Technician

Adecco Recruitment are working in partnership with Sunseeker International and are currently recruiting for an Interior Design Technician to join their busy team based in Poole.

The Job
We are currently recruiting within their award-winning Design team. This is a 6-month fixed term contract will provide support to the Interior Design function, designing and draughting furniture to a manufacturing level of detail, on both new and existing models.
Example Responsibilities Include:
Take information from initial concept models or written brief to produce production drawings for components and sub components within NX 3D Software & with the correct information within Teamcenter.
Utilise standard parts where possible and update Team Centre and SAP as required.
Ensure that the Bill Of Materials is correct in Team Centre and SAP
Work within the Design Office protocols
Our ideal candidate:
Ability to read and understand drawings
Understanding of CAD processes and lifecycle
IT Skills are essential in 3D CAD, and Microsoft Office
Experience and understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP
Understanding of boat building techniques, processes and marine manufacturing methods
Experience of Design and construction of Cabinetry & Furniture is beneficial but not essential
An Understanding of project planning and supply chain processes are also beneficial

Up to £12.74p/h DOE
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
