BIM Coordinator (Architecture)
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum Dependent Upon Experience
Dawson Levy is currently working on behalf of a fantastic AJ100 Architectural and Interior Design studio in their current search for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join them in their offices in Central London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join an innovative and energetic design practice who are at the forefront of the industry. A competitive salary and package is available to the successful applicant.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar BIM Coordinator role in the Architectural sector. You will be required to provide support for BIM within the practice and to the project teams, review clash reports and prepare specific documentation in training and BEP's. You must be a fully proficient user of Revit and Navisworks and will ideally have experience of using Dynamo and BIMTrack/BIMCollab. Good communication skills will be essential as you will be liaising with various parties across the organisation as well as internationally.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a BIM Coordinator
Degree Qualified or Equivalent
Expert user of Revit and Navisworks
Proficiency using Dynamo is beneficial
Strong communication experience is essential (Written and Verbal)
