Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary : £37000 – £40000/annum
Conrad consulting in partnership with a medium sized and very successful Leeds based Architectural Practice are recruiting for a talented Senior Level Architectural Technologist to join their busy design studio.
Following sustained continued growth and success since its establishment over 25 years ago they continue to flourish and have a multitude of exciting Design lead commissions across their core markets. The practice has established solid roots throughout Yorkshire and the rest of the UK, with a rich history of working on some highly notable commissions bringing in countless awards predominantly across the Residential, Education and Leisure sectors.
Due to the diverse range of repeat clients across a variety of sectors our client maintains a steady and reliable work stream enabling them to keep consistently busy.
They have recently been awarded three multi million pound projects; there are the refurbishment of a Listed Hotel Building, a large Housing development on behalf of a volume House Builder and a New Build Leisure centre. The position will give you the opportunity to develop further as an Architectural Technologist and take ownership of your own projects from conception through to completion across all RIBA stages, we are looking for someone who is Technically sound with at least 5-10 years' experience, can produce detailed Drawing packages using REVIT software, has naturally good client facing ability and someone who possess design flair and imagination. Someone with extensive job running experience and a desire to enjoy site based delivery work would be extremely beneficial.
A working knowledge of Revit or other BIM related software would be highly advantageous, knowledge of either Vectorworks or AutoCAD is essential.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be offered a package in line with the following:
A Salary between £37,000 – £40,000 per annum depending upon experience.
