Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring individual to make a real difference in the life of a Year 4 child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
About the Role:
Working 1:1 with a child with an EHCP to support their learning and development in line with their individual needs.
Collaborating with the class teacher to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Providing pastoral care and emotional support within the classroom environment.
Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.About You:
Qualified Level 4 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent) with experience working with children with EHCPs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to inclusion.
Patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.About the School:
