Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2)

Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum
Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a small, Architectural practice near Warrington are looking to fill a number of vacancies as they continue to expand and grow their business. This particular role would be best suited to a degree Qualified, RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant with 1+ year of UK-based work experience.
This is a small, yet highly ambitious Architectural practice. They employ approximately 5 member of staff currently but are looking to further expand. Projects here include Residential Care Homes, Extra care facilities, Individual Residential units of differing size alongside various Industrial projects. Thus promoting a truly diverse sectored background.

We would hope candidates meet the following criteria:
* Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level.
* Minimum of 1 year of UK-based, work experience.
* AutoCAD skills are essential, REVIT is preferable
* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop.
* Excellent communication skills.
Salary: £25k-£28k
