Architect required to join a progressive practice in Stockport, Greater Manchester to work on a variety of interesting projects across the region, most notably in the Residential sector.
A little about our client:
We are recruiting on behalf of a small, ambitious practice with an enviable workload forecast for the year ahead. They have been established in the north-west for many years now and have earmarked 2024 as a year to grow the practice. They are overseen by an experienced senior management team that can offer a wealth of in-depth Architectural knowledge to pass on to the next generation of aspiring senior-leaders. Typically, their workload will have a residential element to it. This could be a bespoke residential property, a small/medium-rise development or even a social housing scheme. What is consistent with the work here is the uncompromising commitment to high-quality design.
What are they looking for:
They're looking to recruit a qualified Architect to join their team. Ideally this person will be registered with the ARB and have a minimum of 2 years UK-based experience. Someone with a passion for good Architecture and that has ambitions to run and manage their own Architectural work within the Residential sector. This person should be conversant with various Architectural softwares including AutoCAD and preferably REVIT too.
