Randstad is working with an architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai in the search for a Senior Architect / Design Manager to join their operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of buildings projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring client's vision becomes a reality while meeting the highest standards of design and quality. This is an opportunity for an all-rounded architect with a passion for innovative design and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.
Take ownership of projects, managing all architectural aspects from inception to handover.
Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure the work is fully coordinated across the project and monitoring delivery programme
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle.
Attend and lead regular design related issues during coordination meetings supporting the PM in weekly Project meetings with the Client
Facilitate the technical review of all design submissions and complete a review of related sub consultant submittals.
Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth within the firm.Requirements:

BEng/BArch minimum in Architecture
10+ years post qualification experience
Middle East experience working with leading design consultants
Broad project portfolio showcasing a range of building typologies
Fully conversant in Revit
