Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working with an award-winning, creative architecture practice to secure the services of a talented Architect to join their thriving team in Cambridge. This practice has been established for a number of decades, and due to their continuous success, can now boast multiple expanding offices across the UK.
The practice have forged a reputation for successfully delivering a varied range of projects within a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Conservation as well as Sport and Leisure – with sustainability at the core of everything they do.
The ideal Architect will be a well-rounded candidate and possess strong design, technical and communication skills. They should be able to clearly demonstrate experience of managing their own projects as well as working as part of a wider team on larger-scale projects.
The successful Architect can expect to be provided with an enthusiastic and friendly working environment within which to flourish!
Architect Requirements:
ARB Registered Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience
Able to demonstrate project running experience across all work stages
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NBS
Fully proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Create Suite is advantageous
