Excellent opportunity here for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing practice based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. If you're an Architectural Technologist with approx 5-10 years of industry experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The practice are based in the quaint Leicestershire town of Market Harborough, just South of Leicester and north of Northampton, commutable from most of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and even stretching to parts of the West Midlands and Derbyshire. The practice is in an ideal setting for an Architectural Technologist that is seeking a practice outside the hustle and bustle of a major city.
The practice work on a wide range of projects, predominantly within the Commercial sector. As a Senior Architectural Technologist you'll be working on projects such as; Hotels, Bars & Restaurants, Offices and Work Spaces, Car Showrooms, Retail Units, and some Residential & Mixed Use Developments.
Given the broad range of work on offer, this opportunity is perfect for a Senior Architectural Technologist that is looking for the next step in their career. The practice are ideally seeking an Architectural Technologist at least 5 years experience, along with job running and team leading capabilities.
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist for this role as follows:
A degree in Architectural Technology, or a HNC/HND in a related field.
At least 5 years of industry experience.
Experience of working within Commercial architecture (desired).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package likely to be in the region of £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience.
