This full-time role offers a hybrid working structure of 3 days in their office based in the centre of Didcot, with on-site parking and a train station nearby. The role has a salary of 25-28k, but if you have slightly more experience, we still want to hear from you!

Their portfolio of top licenses (including Barbie, CoComelon, Nerf, Paddington, Thomas & Friends, and National Gallery to name just a few!) are some of the most exciting brands on the market.
The Role
You will be working directly with the Head of Creative and Senior Designer, to produce exciting designs for packaging and promotional products. Involved from the start of the process from concept through to final artwork, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and fine-tune their creative skills. Day-to-day duties may include (but not limited to) creating mood boards and visuals, preparing artwork or simple product photography and retouching.
You will:
* Be an enthusiastic graphic designer with at least 2 years industry experience.
* Be a whizz with the Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular Ai and Ps.
* Have a well-considered portfolio showcasing creativity as well as your passion for design, packaging and ideally some experience in promotional product design.
* Be keen to learn, develop and contribute creatively.
* Be able to work on-site in Didcot 3x days per week (you also must be flexible to come into the office any day that business needs require)
