Key Responsibilities of a Cable/Harness Technician:

Cable and Harness manufacturing to specifications using Work instructions and Engineering drawings.
Certified IPC620 OR experience working to IPC 620 workmanship standards.
Crimping, Soldering and connector assembly to high accuracy.
Capable of cable and harness manufacturing working from drawings and engineering instruction.
Competent and safe use of all hand tools.
Use of Jigs, fixtures and measuring tools.
Working with support from engineering group a methodical and precise approach to ensure successful completion of production tasks on high value hardware.Skills, Qualifications and Experience needed:

Cable and Harness manufacturing to specifications using Work instructions and Engineering drawings.
Understanding of ESD controls.
Experience in the use of crimp tools and ability to hand solder to high accuracy.
Competent with using IT/Software packages.
Cleanliness and housekeeping (5S) methodology.
A high level of health and safety awareness.Desired:
