This is a great opportunity for a trainee or Junior Retoucher Assistant to join a busy team based at the Head Office site in Leicester. Working for a pro-active company that is a market leader within their sector. The ideal applicant will have the opportunity to develop and grow in the role as training will be given. THE ROLE OF A RETOUCHER ASSISTANT

Communicate effectively within the department to ensure the best possible images are available for retouching.

Provide support to ensure the department team has everything they need including all resources.

To work collaboratively with others within the department and larger team.

Preparing product for retouching

Naming and amending digital files when required.

Colour-checking and retouching products for the website when required.

Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to establish clear, achievable goals.

Flexibility to be able to work at the Head office base and travel to other locations if required. 

THE RIGHT RETOUCHER ASSISTANT

Knowledge of retouching techniques.

Knowledge of Photo shop software and image retouching practices essential

General skills in accurate colour correction using physical and digital swatches

High competence using MAC Operating systems.

A strong communicator and listener.

Excellent attention to detail.

Full UK driving licence essential.

Monday – Friday 8-4 pm / 9-5 pm 37 hours per week
