Their continued success in leading the way in innovative design has resulted in an increase to their workload and as such they require a Senior Architectural Technologist with the ability to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be required to work primarily on a variety of interesting residential projects throughout Essex and surrounding areas.
This role would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist that takes great pride in their work as an enormous emphasis is put upon the look, feel and efficiency of any development that is undertaken by the practice.
Essential Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Architectural Technologist Degree or similar relevant qualification
CIAT membership
5 years' experience operating within UK industry, preferably within the Residential sector – ideally working on bespoke one-off houses and designs
Experience with tender packages and JCT contracts desirable
High proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency with Sketch Up, InDesign and Photoshop is highly desirable
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Valid UK driving licence
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will join a friendly, dedicated and experienced team based in the beautiful countryside of north west Essex on the outskirts of Braintree.
