The Role – Behaviour Mentor
For this role, Qualiteach are actively recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Mentor who is keen to work with students who have SEN. The role will require you to work closely with the students, working 1:1 providing academic and emotional support in order to build a rapport with them. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal Behaviour Mentor will need to have experience working with children or young people who have SEN such as Autism, Complex Needs, SEMH and challenging behaviour.
SEN School – Behaviour Mentor
This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as ASD, Complex Needs and SEMH needs. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, class sizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
