Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum
Experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician required to join a boutique SME design led Architecture & Interior Design practice located just outside of Leeds City centre.
Our client are an established and ambitious design led practice that work across a variety of sectors including mixed use developments, Residential (Both private & commercial) Industrial and large scale commercial. Due to a very healthy pipeline of projects and opportunity is available for a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician, they are looking for a candidate who is motivated and ambitious to join their 6 strong team on a permanent basis to help run a number of exciting projects at various work stages, from initial concept design through to completion and final handover.
This is a great opportunity for Architectural Technologist / Technicians who are looking for a varied role where you can genuinely work across all RIBA stages and gain some very hands on job running experience.
Essential criteria for the Architectural Technologist / Technician.
Degree Qualified Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2-5 years UK based experience / working towards MCIAT.
Proficient AutoCAD / REVIT user and experience of delivering large construction projects using BIM.
Solid understanding of the Technical delivery stages of RIBA.
Capable of independently producing and reviewing technical packages of information produced using REVIT.
Ability to work under own initiative, establishing a proactive method of working.
Good written, verbal and graphical communication skills, natural client facing ability.
Previous job running and site delivery experience, keen to build good client relationships.
Working knowledge of NBS Create and Building.
Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Keen to be hands and learn.
Salary depending on experience £32,000-£40,000 per annum + Benefits, flexible hours and parking available
