Packaging Adaptive Designer
Location: Bradford

Company: A leading agency specialising within packaging, branding, marketing and print.
Role: Ability to produce high-quality designs are essential, you will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be fluent in the adobe create suite.
* You will partner with the internal Design team to deliver design adaptation to meet Regional Brand Identity, Packaging Design and Print Feasibility.
* You will develop and contribute to the adaptation of design concepts that are equally bold and viable for consumer-focused business solutions.
* Scope of work includes design adaptation for packaging components across retail clients.
* Partner with other disciplines as needed to define design needs in line with brand guidelines e.g., Marketing, Regulatory.
* You will be expected to own/lead the work and take decisions within the constraints of the brand guidelines.
* You will be involved in multiple projects with critical deadlines that you will successfully deliver on-time and on-budget.
* You will grow and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with the Client and Studio.
* Be an advocate to drive and execute environmentally sustainable design solutions.
* Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design
* When required, create new or update existing packaging artwork visuals using the in-house Apple Mac computer system.
* Prepare Design Intents in accordance with agreed corporate and inter-company standards taking into consideration:
Requirements:
* Food / Beverage packaging adaptive design and artwork experience
* Strong proven senior/experienced Adaptive designer, preferably very creative but with a technical background who thrives in the retail arena
* Adobe CS skills – Must be proficient in all current major desktop publishing applications, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
* Creative flair with a high level of technical ability.
* Retouching of Images/Colour correction
* Layout and typography
* Knowledge of print production
* Excellent communication skills
* PC/Mac literate in all MS applications
