We are thrilled to present a compelling opportunity for an accomplished Senior Conference Producer to join our client's dynamic events team. In this role, you will take charge of end-to-end project management, from meticulous topic research and concept creation to the successful delivery of our prestigious international conferences. Their events have a distinctive focus on sustainability and environmental considerations within the maritime sector, with the upcoming conference in Singapore emphasizing the imperative to reduce emissions in shipping and ports.
Our client is a leading B2B events and media company located on the South Coast in Fareham. They foster industry networks and communities through leading conferences and exhibitions, delivering content both in print and online through esteemed magazine brands.
As a Senior Conference Producer, your responsibilities will encompass:
Conducting in-depth research to identify novel themes and opportunities.
Developing compelling topics that add value to their audience for program development.
Recruiting industry leaders and C-level speakers and supporters.
Efficient project management of conference production.
Serving as the conference lead at their UK and international events.
Desirable qualifications include a second language and a driver's license.
The role is full-time, office-based, and involves international travel.
Supervision and line management of one conference team member.
