Graphic Designer

Salary :
A leading company in London's fitout industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to join their innovative Sales and Marketing team. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Creative Design, contributing to marketing campaigns that span various fit out divisions.
Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret creative briefs, collaborating with colleagues to meet campaign needs
Develop and present creative concepts, outlining plans for projects
Design and create artwork for marketing events, including invitations, e-shots, merchandise, posters, and banners
Generate signage designs for site setups, hoarding, and bespoke requirements
Produce social media graphics tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines
Support construction sites with creative work, including signage and hoarding designs
Aid work winning teams by creating impactful designs for introductions, prequalification, tendering, and interviews
Manage time effectively, working towards and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premier, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, WordPress, OpenAsset, Deltec PIM, Photography (not essential but beneficial)
Added Bonus: Familiarity with Autocad, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp
Experiene working within the construction industry, ideally in commercial fitout
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of creative projects

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Sustainable mindset when managing printing and delivery processes
