The business
A leader in design, sourcing, manufacture and distribution for sports brands around the world. They are currently growing exponentially and are looking for a sales Manager to keep up with the growth.
The role
They are looking for a sales manager to come into the business to lead the sales team and develop the sales strategy. This person will require substantial sales experience in previous roles who is now looking for an office-based role. Supporting and training individuals in order to increase sales from new business and existing business. This is not a sales role and you will not be selling or speaking to clients, you will be responsible for the sales team.
Main responsibilities
Lead a team of account managers and business development managers
Develop a sales strategy
Support and develop the team
Create individual and team KPI's
Liaise between different departments in order to align the business goals
Create Training plans
Complete 1 to 1 reviews and discuss targets and goals setExperience and skills
15 years sales experience
Leading a sales team
