A CAD Technician with 3D AutoCAD experience
A CAD Technician with construction/modular experience
An organised person who is used to working within a fast-paced environment
A good communicator
Proficient with Microsoft Office
A team player but also able to work on your own initiative
The Role
The CAD Technician will assist as part of the in-house design teams design, develop and deliver best in class housing projects that leverage the benefits of our offsite construction system developed and assembled in our production facility in Sutton in Ashfield. Working as part of the development team across the complete lifecycle, from concept to implantation, producing designs, validation reports and manufacturing documentation. The ideal CAD Technician will be able to work with autonomy. and as part of the team.
Working in a fast-paced environment where timely and accurate information is required, candidate must also be willing to travel.
