Hampshire Recruitment are delighted to represent a market leader in design & print.
Your role is primarily to help design & print digitilised logo's on selected items, helping with brand management for the client.
You will use a graphic suite to design the digitilised logo's & then oversee the production process, helping deliver a quality product for the customer.
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000
Location: Basingstoke
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & digitilise logo's using graphic suite
* Create vinyl transfers using colour printer
* Use heat press to transfer design onto various fabrics
* Oversee the production process
* Implement strict quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of each embellishment.
* Inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies, making necessary adjustments as required.
* Work closely with the production team, and Account Managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
* Recommend and select appropriate materials for vinyl transfers based on garment types, ensuring compatibility and longevity.
Skills Requirements:
* A keen interest in print & design
* Knowledge of a graphic design suite
* Strong understanding of colour theory, design principles, and garment materials.
* Excellent diligence and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
