Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum

Permanent opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead on the production of brand and bid collateral at a market-leading studio in the commercial office D&B sector.

Brief:
Your primary function is to work alongside the Design and Bids team to create high quality, creative bespoke pitch proposals and documentation tailored to specific clients.

Responsibilities:
The role:
* Prepare creative, high-quality, impactful bid documents.
* To work alongside the Design and Bid Coordination team to create high-quality creative materials for client submissions and documentation.
* Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the bid processes and win rates as well as making improvements to graphic content.
* Be strongly focused on digital and industry trends.
* Have a high technical ability in all packages of Adobe Creative Software, Microsoft software and design for print, digital and media platforms.
* Demonstrate your in-depth understanding of clients, including their branding and values to create winning pitch presentation documents.
* Support the Marketing and Communications team to create high-quality collateral for the business development process.
* Produce graphic collateral and provide graphic support across all departments for events, recruitment ads and company presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design initial, bespoke creative solutions, and exciting visual concepts.
* Delivering high-quality design within branding guidelines.
* Ensure that message quality, format, and content meet the brief and are consistent to guidelines.
* High level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
* Accountable and responsible for own work, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality.
* Develop concepts for documents in collaboration with the Project Designer
* The ability to multitask and manage time to meet client deadlines.

Key requirements:
* Excellent knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
Experience working in the Design & Build graphic design sector
* Knowledgeable in print production processes and preparing files for print. Confident in liaising with external print companies and understanding of colour systems to ensure quality and consistency of designs
* Used to liaising with a variety of departments to ensure strategy is clear and creative content is correct.
* Proven ability to generate high quality InDesign documentation with creativity and commercial awareness linked to bid/pitch requirements.
* Must have the ability and experience of working under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
* Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
* A flexible, team-working attitude is essential.
