Visualisation Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
Rthirteen are currently looking for a Visualisation Technician to join a thriving consultancy based in Cambridge. This is a varied role in which you will be producing accurate and realistic visualisations that withstand the appeal process.
Working 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, the offered salary for this position is up to £40,000 dependant on experience.

The day to day
* Create and modify 3D models using software like Revit. This includes developing site verified mass modelling to photorealistic rendering.
* Extract and prepare 2D drawings.
* Check models for accuracy and adherence to industry and company standards.
* Participate in discussions, bringing any issues or concerns related to modelling or drawings to the attention of the team.
You will have/be
* Experience preparing visualisations for different types of development including site verified mass modelling to photorealistic rendering.
* Strong 3D modelling experience with knowledge of both 2D & 3D apps such as Photoshop, 3ds Max (including V-Ray) and Revit.
* A creative mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence interacting across all business levels.
* A keen interest in architecture and/or urban design.
Desirable:
* Previous experience using to AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup or ArcGIS Pro
