Conrad Consulting are delighted to be again working with this fast growing and well established Architectural practice based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team.

The practice have been established for over 20 years, in which time they have developed a team full of talent and experience, along with an enviable portfolio with sectors in areas such as; Retail, Commercial, Residential, Industrial and more.

Due to further increases in workload and with plans for further growth in 2024, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. A criteria of high importance for the Senior Architectural Technologist is high proficiency in Revit software. Given the nature of the projects the practice work on, Revit software is a key component to the work they complete. It is therefore essential that any Architectural Technician is fully proficient in the use of Revit, with at least 2-3 years continuous experience in the software.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, along with an Interior Design team. You will be starting out working predominantly in the Retail sector, working with some of the UK's most well known brand names working on new units and refurbs.

The practice has fully embraced remote & hybrid working, with most of the employee base predominantly working from home. The office is always open and can be used if you wish, but generally people head into the office once or twice a fortnight. This would therefore suit Architectural Technologists that are happy to work from home, and could also be based outside of Leicestershire.

The Senior Architectural Technologist would need the following skills, qualifications and characteristics to fulfill this position:

·A degree in Architectural Technology, or a HNC/HND in a related field.
·Approximately 5-10+ years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
·Sector experience in related fields, ideally in Retail and Commercial work as a priority.
·Solid technical knowledge, along with sound knowledge of UK Building Regs.
·Full proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, with Revit knowledge being essential.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package likely to be in the region of £35,000-£42,000 dependant on experience.
