Location: Knowsley, Liverpool (Office Based, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Business to join a rapidly expanding organisation based in the Knowsley area of Liverpool. Our client is looking for a highly motivated candidate with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling works in a timely manner
Managing installers diaries
Communicating effectively with internal departments, clients and suppliers via phone and email
Uploading and managing information on the companies CRM
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a scheduling role
Strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask
Computer literate with ability to use a range of Microsoft products
Confident in dealing with a range of stakeholders over the phone and via email
