Responsibilities:
* Report to and support Senior Creatives in the execution of digital projects.
* Focus on designing well-crafted digital materials within the medical sector.
* Present work both internally and occasionally externally.
* Work collaboratively with a close-knit team, contributing to a varied workload.
* Ensure timely delivery by working to tight deadlines.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Adobe suite, with a strong emphasis on After Effects and Premier Pro.
* Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
* Willingness to commute to the office at least twice a week (Kidlington location).
* Capability to present work confidently in both internal and occasional external settings.
* High motivation, a creative mindset, and a can-do attitude.
* Interest in digital and design technologies.
* Ability to network and collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
Experience:
Ideally suited for a talented junior Motion Graphics Designer
Previous experience in a creative role within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
Candidates with relevant media courses or recent college graduates will be considered
