Salary : £90000 – £120000/annum

Randstad is looking for an Interior Design Manager to join a leading international real estate development firm based in the heart of London. We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Manager to oversee and manage a luxury residential project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-end projects from inception to completion, showcasing their ability to work with discerning clients and bring their vision to life. Upon completion of this project, there is an opportunity to support projects on a wider scale across Europe, Middle East and the US.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire interior design process for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and seamless project execution.
Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their preferences and expectations.
Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the highest quality materials and finishes are used in each project.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.
Oversee the project budget and timelines, ensuring adherence to both throughout the design and implementation phases.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the interior design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience in managing interior design projects, specifically in luxury residential or hospitality sectors.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and creative design solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with high net worth individuals, understanding and interpreting their unique tastes and preferences.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
