Role Description
They are seeking a full-time Print Finisher / Production Manager in Anglsey near Lledwigan. The print finisher will be responsible for finishing printed materials to the highest standard, ensuring all products meet the client's requirements. As a production manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of all print jobs to ensure they are delivered on time and to the required quality. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in print finishing and production management
* Excellent knowledge of finishing techniques and equipment, including guillotines, perfect binding, laminating, folders, and stitchers
* Experience and skills in managing people, time, and projects
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving capability
