Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on experience + additional benefits

Applause IT is looking for a dynamic 3D Creative Designer to join an award-winning full-service creative agency. We're seeking out talented individuals who can bring fresh ideas and contribute to innovative display and packaging concepts for globally recognised brands, such as L'oreal, Maybelline, NYX, Soap&Glory, and more!

This role will be within the Display team, where you'll dive into the world of semi-permanent and permanent POS, working alongside a team of 26 colleagues. They have a vibrant culture, with a massive emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, all the while contributing to innovative designs that enhance retail presence.

Here's what the role entails:

Develop vibrant in-store designs and packaging to elevate the retail presence of brands.
Collaborate with a diverse team of 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
Ensure designs meet client specifications and adhere to retail guidelines through effective communication with engineering and sales teams.
Tackle a variety of briefs, from clear shelf trays to complex retail store environments.
Thrive in a busy studio environment, transitioning seamlessly between tasks What we're seeking:

We're looking for someone from a creative background, whether that be 3D Design, or even Product Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design, etc.
Ideally, you will have experience using different Software tools, our client uses 3Ds Max.
Excellent communication skills to ensure designs adhere to client specifications and retail guidelines
