Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £26.00 – £30.00/hour
Long-term contract position for a technically-minded Architect working outside of IR35 to help lead on the stage 3/4 delivery of a prestigious hotel.
The focus of the work is interior fit-out, previous UK experience of which is essential. Working in a senior role and interacting on a daily basis with the contractor team, the right candidate will be well versed with the construction process including RFI's, technical submissions, contractor/ sub-contractor meetings, package tendering, site inspections and snagging. Proficiency with revit and autocad is required for this contract.
