Mandarin speaking Visual Design- What You'll be Doing:
* Work collaboratively with the product department to devise design solutions.
* Generate marketing materials for promotional needs, including graphic/poster design (mandatory), UI/UX design (mandatory), vector illustration skills (bonus), and web interaction effect design capabilities (bonus).
* Regularly complete Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Organize and accomplish tasks assigned by the company to ensure project and team goals are met.
Mandarin speaking Visual Design – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop (PS), and Illustrator (AI).
* Additional qualifications in After Effects (AE) and 3D tools (C4D/Blender, etc.) are highly desirable.
* Proficient in both Chinese and English.
* Demonstrates excellent design aesthetics.
* Proactive in learning and exhibits strong execution abilities.
* Displays curiosity, responsibility, empathy, and ambition.
Additional Skills (Bonus):
* Experience with Web3.
* Familiarity with DApp and wallet interactions.
