Mid Weight Interior Designer

Salary : £32000 – £38000/annum
A Mid Weight Interior Designer job is now available with a boutique studio based in South West London. The successful candidate will be integral to the design process, working on the procurement, FF&E and design stages for high-end residential projects.
With a classic and timeless aesthetic, our client prides itself on their impeccable attention to detail. Currently going through an exciting growth period, they are looking for an all-rounder, who is passionate and enthusiastic about all things design, to join their friendly team of four. This position would suit a proactive designer with strong multitasking abilities who is passionate about FF&E and procurement.
Role & Responsibilities
– Working closely with the Director on all stages of luxury residential projects
– Producing proposals and presentations
– Working on procurement/admin of luxury residential projects
– FF&E including selection, specification, design, and procurement
– Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties
– Producing drawings when needed
– Carrying out site surveys.
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ years' UK experience working on high-end residential projects
– Good all-round abilities and experience
– Strong FF&E and materials knowledge
– Experienced working on all procurement stages and ability to liaise directly with suppliers
– Good AutoCAD knowledge and ability to produce design intent drawings
– Site surveys experience
– Experience running projects across different stages
– Knowledge of EstiMac is preferred, but not essential.
Salary & Package
– £32,000 – £38,000. Flexible for outstanding candidates
– Hybrid work set-up.
