Job Overview:

As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in generating compelling creative solutions across various channels. Leveraging your strong design skills and proficiency in industry-standard software, you will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions that meet the briefs and deadlines provided. You will collaborate closely with the broader design studio to consistently produce high-quality output, aligning with the standards set by the Creative Director under the guidance of the Head of Design.

Your approach should be characterised by a problem-solving mindset, active participation in idea generation, and a commitment to honing your visualisation abilities. You will also provide technical insights and guidance to Client Services, actively contributing to the development of project deliverables both independently and as part of a team.
Effective project and time management, coupled with seamless communication with colleagues within the studio and Client Services teams, will be crucial in ensuring smooth workflow.

Job Responsibilities:
* Generate captivating design concepts and contribute to maintaining excellence across all projects
* Strive for exceptional execution and application of creative output
* Support senior team members in presenting high-quality pitch and concept proposals
* Demonstrate strong design and visualisation skills across all projects
* Stay updated on design trends and insights from the wider creative industry
* Uphold best practices and consistently deliver high-quality output
* Exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach and actively contribute creative ideas
* Communicate effectively and articulate work and ideas to both Creative and Client Services teams
* Update administrative systems as necessary, maintaining organised files in alignment with Studio Manager's directives
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and instructions at all times
* Perform any other duties reasonably required in line with your main responsibilities

Person Specification

Qualifications

* BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (desirable)
* Impressive portfolio demonstrating originality, conceptual thinking, and meticulous execution

Experience

* Ideally, prior experience in a similar role
* Agency experience is highly desirable

Knowledge and Skills

* Proficient in Mac operating systems and creative software
* Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
* Clear technical and creative acumen
* Experience with After Effects and Premier is advantageous
* Strong design, creativity, and visualisation abilities
* Excellent multitasking, planning, time management, and organisational skills
* Adept at problem-solving
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
