Due to continued growth, SJS Consulting are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Lead for a manufacturing organisation. You will be tasked with overseeing the entire customer experience; this role is the ‘front door’ and single point of contact for all customer interaction from order management and fulfilment, through to problem management and resolution.
This role involves developing and implementing customer service strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Customer Service Lead plays a critical role in optimising customer service processes, managing customer service teams, problem resolution, and fostering a customer-centric culture across the business. Part of your responsibility will be to develop and implement customer service strategies that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives, working closely with the Sales Team and Account Managers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement, efficiency, and customer-centric initiatives while ensuring effective and efficient management of operational functions.
