Senior Architect

Salary : £60000 – £72000/annum + medical + visa + flights
Randstad is working with an award-winning architecture and engineering consultancy firm with a remarkable portfolio of landmark projects across the Middle East, the United States and Canada. Due to new high-rise, hotel and resort projects wins, we are looking to hire an all-rounded senior architect to be based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of our high-rise and hotel projects. You will be responsible for guiding projects from their initial concept stages through to completion, ensuring that clients' vision becomes a reality while meeting the highest standards of design and quality. This is an opportunity for an all-rounded architect with a passion for innovative design and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals
Take ownership of projects, managing all architectural aspects from inception to handover
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle
Present design proposals and updates to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns
Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of construction
Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth within the firmQualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
8+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of high-rise and hotel projects
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling tools
