Here at Tradewind we try and ensure that successful graduates are placed in schools relevant to your progression and could be within primary, secondary or special schools. Over the course of the placement, graduates will have a range of tasks from supporting students learning, one-to-one tuition and interventions. You may be required to plan lessons for a class.
Throughout your time at Tradewind we will ensure that you have the relevant support network from the school's senior leadership team and your consultant. If you decide teacher training is your next relevant step, we can give you the information you need to decide what is most suitable for you.
