Job Title: Digital Developer
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
The successful candidate will be working within the digital team, creating and developing digital products for the company.
You will be required to develop and maintain software architectures for a range of projects and clients, and develop and implement customer facing applications and services.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop software architectures that are secure, reliable and scalable
* Develop customer facing applications and services
* Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements
* Develop and maintain software for a range of projects and clients
* Work with other developers and designers to create and implement digital solutions
* Troubleshoot and debug software
* Create and maintain technical documentation
* Perform software testing
* Provide technical support
* Identify and implement improvements to the software
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Digital Developer
* Experience with software development lifecycle and software architecture
* Ability to develop and implement solutions, troubleshoot and enhance functionality of existing software applications, CAD systems, GIS systems and mobile apps.
* Knowledge of software development best practices
* Knowledge of game engine software (Unity and Unreal Engine) for interactive applications.
* Understanding of web development frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
