My client is an exciting and growing marketing agency that works with a range of both smaller local business and bigger blue-chip clients, including McDonalds, Disney, Universal & many many more! They are now looking to grow out their design team by adding a Digital Design Lead.
They are looking for a multidisciplinary digital designer capable of delivering high-quality design on any brief they pick up. You will need to lead and inspire a team of designers to help harness & grow their creativity. This position remains hands on so your designs being at the forefront of everything you truly will define everything their clients do.
As an Lead you will be supporting the professional development of the Digital Design team including conducting performance reviews, so it is important that this is part of the role that you enjoy/find fulfilling.
The ideal candidates will come with the following experience
Previous proven experience in a similar position
Experience line managing more junior individuals
Strong understanding of UX & UI
Extensive experience using the full adobe creative suite
