Our client is a leading Creative Agency in Leeds, who is looking to recruit an IT Systems Administrator to join their busy, sociable and vibrant team, working from their Leeds office, just outside Leeds city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT, Computer Science or perhaps a Game Design Graduate. looking for a new opportunity to work within a progressive and exciting business. This is fully office based.

This role will work within a small team and will have a varied and diverse workload including help desk support, involvement with systems and web related projects and being a key support and communication to internal departments and also customers. We are looking for Candidates with very strong IT skills, with advanced Excel knowledge and someone who is focused on their career path within IT and programming.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Working within a small team who oversee all tech/IT elements for the business, both on an internal and external basis
You will support with specific IT related projects relating to improving production processes within the business, assessing what more can be done with SAP, working with the SAP Partner
You will be involved with customer databases and website development
Working on Excel to prepare reports, extract data etc. in relation to products and working with the sales team to collate product data
Entering information on to client portals and keeping prices updated
Look at improvements in how data is collected and prepared
Working with customers, conducting Teams calls with customers trouble shooting on complex queries in relation to projects or website challenges
Involved with other additional project work relating to IT and systems with some front line supportWe are looking for a highly skilled Candidate with a Degree in IT, Computer Science or Gaming and someone who is keen to develop their programming experience in the longer term. You will have advanced Excel knowledge, strong data skills and will have strong mathematical aptitude.

Skills & Experience required:

Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas (v/xlook ups, if statements, sumifs, countifs etc.)
Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships both internally with colleagues and teams and externally with customers
Strong problem solving skills and being proactive with your ideas for possible solutions
Able to learn new systems quickly and effectively to understand business priorities
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage however you will be given training on this
Any knowledge of SQL would also be an advantage as this involvement could develop within the roleThis is a great opportunity with strong development on offer within the role.
