Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a new vacancy in Manchester that would be best suited to a Project Architect, or Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification and significant experience working on Healthcare sector projects.

This Architectural studio feature regularly in the AJ100 listings and have done-so again this year. Their business continues to go from strength to strength across their regional offices and their presence in the North of England is as strong as ever.

Owing to a further expansion of their Healthcare-sector team they are looking for an experienced Architect to join the ranks and bolster their experience in this area. Ideally this person will be an ARB/RIBA chartered Architect with experience having worked on Healthcare-related projects. This could be Hospitals, private medical facilities or similar.

We are looking for applications from well-rounded, enthusiastic individuals with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Architect applicant will meet the following criteria:

RIBA/ARB Registered Architect – Minimum 3 Years practical Experience.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT Software.
Previous experience working on Healthcare-sector projects.
To be an effective communicator, both written and verbally.
To have excellent Technical and Design capabilities.
Demonstrable organisational skills and time-management skills.
