Our client, a rapidly growing Design, Print and Multimedia organisation, are looking to appoint an experience Account Manager to work within their Client Services Team.

Role Requirements

* Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements.

* Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes – and follow up enquiries

* Set up and issue detailed works instructions – and follow through all jobs to completion

* Work within SLA’s to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client.

* Continually look to exceed Client expectations

* Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop

Who are we looking for?

* You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this

* You will have client facing experience

* You will have a strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes

* You will be a good problem solver

* You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems

* You will be an excellent communicator

* You will be service Orientated

* You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical.

Qualifications

* Maths & English GSCE’s

* Fluent in Excel, Outlook and Word

* Working Knowledge of the Design & Print industry

* Strong written & verbal communication skills

This is a full-time permanent position – with the Salary negotiable dependant on experience and suitability for the role.

Working hours are 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
