The Studio Manager will be joining a vibrant and exciting in-house product design team who are leading their market sector globally.  Due to growth and innovation, we are looking for an extremely well-organised Studio Manager to join the team and be the face of the studio.

The Role

The perfect role for a creative/design who is enthusiastic and passionate about managing design projects from brief to completion.  This Studio Manager will be comfortable managing the designers' time efficiently on both smaller creative briefs and more detailed longer-term projects.   On joining, your first project will be to review current software and systems, identify gaps and make recommendations to improve & implement a structure which will enable you to manage the design team's workloads, forecast timelines and give a high level of transparency to key internal stakeholders invested in new product design projects.  

This Studio Manager role is suitable for someone with great interpersonal skills who is highly organised and can comfortably manage multiple timelines & projects.  You must have attention to detail, be resilient to manage "pushback" from internal stakeholders and receive design briefs from different departments and diligently collate relevant information for the designers, BOMs & Specs.  

The right candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role in-house or agency side, with a real knowledge of how a busy creative studio is run efficiently and which processes create efficiency and results. The right candidate will have an open and honest demeanour.  As the Studio Manager, you will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to be logical, calm and efficient in juggling your responsibilities.
